Are you ready to challenge your mind and body with an innovative and extreme exercise regimen? Suspension training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise that was developed by Navy Seals. The training regimen is designed to build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries. The suspension straps allow you to use your own body weight with every exercise. You will burn fat, increase muscle tone, gain strength and increase cardiovascular endurance.

WHY PILATES POWERHOUSE? Our TRX certified Pilates Powerhouse trainers specialize in maximum muscle activation using The Pilates Concepts of Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow which will optimize each suspension exercise. Our suspension systems also offers rotational movement for advanced exercises that really challenge the body.



We are NOW offering private training at both Friendswood and Pearland locations. We 
require all interested participants to take three private sessions with one of our certified instructors before joining a Powerhouse Team. Team trainings will begin in January. So CALL us today to get started learning a GREAT new exercise offering.

6 week  Team Training Program - Two days per week
12 classes - Just $299
6 week  Team Training Program - One day per week
6 classes - Only $159

Three 30 minute or 1 hour private sessions are required before joining a team. Days and times for team training will be set up by your trainer and will begin in January.
