Virginia Ney is a recent graduate from Southern Arkansas University. She has been running for 13+ years and enjoys her involvement in the fitness world. She has a Tabata Bootcamp Certification.

Matt has completed 16 Marathons, 2 Half-Iron Distance Triathlons as well as many road races and shorter distance Triathlons. He is a Reformer Pilates Instructor, Personal Fitness Instructor, Spinning Instructor and an RRCA Certified Running Coach. Matt is involved in volunteering for many local races. Matt has volunteered as a coach at the YMCA for several sports from Little League to Triathlon Training. He considers fitness the cornerstone of his lifestyle.
During Bonnie's 10+ years experience in the fitness industry, she earned certifications as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, Personal Fitness and Group Exercise Instructor. She is also certified as a Running and Triathlon Coach and helps to organize Triathlon and Marathon Training programs for athletes of all types in the greater Pearland area. Bonnie chose fitness as a career path because she has a passion for helping others make improvements to their health.
Jacqueline, a resident of Pearland has recently married a Houston Police Officer. She has always been very interested in the fitness industry and has certificationsin PILOXING, TRX, Reformer Pilates, and Personal Fitness Instructing.
