Brandi's previous work experience includes The Menninger Clinic, Rice University, and Houston Eating Disorders Center. She has been in private practice since 2009.
When she's not working, Brandi loves to spend time outdoors with her friends and family. She also enjoys trying new foods and restaurants.

Initial sessions last 75 to 90 minutes and follow-up sessions last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the reason for the visit. Pricing is based on session length.

A thorough assessment of your current nutrition habits will be conducted and goals will be set at the initial meeting. An individualized meal plan will be provided at the follow-up session, taking your preferences and lifestyle into consideration.
Individual Nutrition Check-up
This is great if you just want to discuss your current habits and get nutrition advice. This can just be a one-time meeting or you can follow-up later if you’d like.
Family Nutrition Check-up
An assessment of your family’s current nutrition habits will be conducted and individual goals will be set. If individualized meal plans are needed for family members, this can be provided at a follow-up session.
Some clients just need a couple sessions and others continue to work with me for several years. This simply depends on the client's needs.
