5k, 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon and Endurance Trail Running Programs

Our certified and experienced RRCA Running Coaches offer short distance, half-marathon, marathon and ultra-distance running programs tailored for your current fitness level. We will design a running plan based on Agility, Base, Core and Speed. We call it the ABC's of running.  Also included  in our programs are Strength and Conditioning workouts aimed at core strength and running specific muscles.

How it Works?
First, we will assess your body's strengths and weaknesses based on an actual workout. Second we will analyze your fitness and running history. Third we will discuss your goals and then Fourth, we will combine all that information and design a running program that includes strength and conditioning exercises based on your current fitness level. Our main goals are to build and
increase your cardio endurance, add core and running muscle strength then add speed which when done properly helps reduce injury.

5k-10k - $149

ALL our athletes are trained by Certified Running Coaches with experience training athletes of all ages and skill levels.  Our Program train your ABC'S to run injury free.  We'll help you reach your Running Fitness potential and develop whole body fitness including core strength and running muscle strength and flexibility.  You will experience how to enjoy running with your peers in a competitive atmosphere and gain confidence to compete in the fall. The program will end in time for you to join your high school running team, in shape and ready to compete in the fall. Our program is open to ALL high school athletes who want to get in GREAT running shape!
